Recipe:
20 ml Swedish Tonic
40 ml gin
20 ml elderflower syrup or elderflower liquor
100 ml sparkling water
Champagne
Lemon & mint

Step 1
Fill up a highball glass with ice.

Step 2
Add 20 ml of Swedish Tonic to the glass.

Step 3
Add 40 ml of gin.

Step 4
Add 20 ml of elderflower syrup or elderflower liquor.

Step 5
Top it up with sparkling water (100 ml) and champagne. Stir gently and garnish with mint and a slice of lemon.

This cocktail we were awarded “The best gin cocktail” at a competition in London.
