Recipe:
20 ml Swedish Tonic
45 ml gin
30 ml pineapple juice
80 ml sparkling water
Mint

Step 1
Fill up a highball glass with ice.

Step 2
Add 20 ml of Swedish Tonic.

Step 3
Add 45 ml of a great tasting gin.

Step 4
Pour 30 ml of pineapple juice.

Step 5
Top it up with sparkling water (80 ml). Stir gently and garnish with mint.
