Frozen Gin & Tonic

Recipe:
20 ml Swedish Tonic
40 ml gin (skip the gin for a great non-alcoholic cocktail)
50 ml peach purée
20 ml apricot syrup
50 ml water
Mint
Ice

This cocktail works great without the peach purée and apricot syrup.

Step 1
Add all the ingredients and ice to a blender. Mix well!

Step 2
Pour it up in a cocktail glass.
